As a former partner in a defense firm, Asher brings a unique perspective to representing injured workers. This experience has enhanced his knowledge to advise injured workers on a wide range of complex and pressing matters, as well as to coordinate effective and innovative litigation strategies to help clients achieve desired results.

Prior to entering private legal practice, he served as a court representative for the Center for Alternative Sentencing and Employment Services and the Centralized Court Screening Services, and additionally as a legislative aide for the City of New York.
